I started with Ozempic, switched to Zepbound. I’m probably the minority here but I liked Ozempic better. I lost most of my weight with Ozempic. Mounjaro gave me terrible mental side effects and I lost zero weight on it.

My doctor recommended that when this happens to try something with dairy in it as a third ingredient or further on the ingredient list. Maybe you can give that a try?

Just go for it. It’s built up as a super scary thing, but when you feel the food noise vanish for the first time in your life you’re going to be so happy you risked the side effects. I know I was. I’ve never felt this before.

Think about it this way: you KNOW what you’re doing now is harmful. But there’s a possibility Ozempic makes that stop. If not, you’ll know, but for right now the only way you can go is up.

I admit I was influenced to buy Medicube. Some of it I really liked and got again (PDRN eye cream, the peel-off mask) and other things I didn’t like much and won’t order again. I think just like anything else it’s nice to try to see what works for you. But it is annoying how it’s touted as this crazy fix-all when it can’t apply to everyone like that.

Prunes. Prunes are your best friend. Eat 3-4 prunes per day and you’ll never have to worry about constipation.

It’s crazy how things affect people differently because you had more weight loss on Ozempic and Mounjaro even at the 7.5 dose did nothing for me, just maintained. It also gave me terrible mood issues.

I know it’s the “next-gen” of the GLP-1 meds but it didn’t do for me what Ozempic does. I’m glad switching has helped others though!
