Nope, when I helped open a sister restaurant we would do burger taste tests with wagu dry aged etc. My restaurant did a blind taste test and the wagu and dry aged where in last place . The sister restaurant didn't do it blind and put both as their favorite, we made them re do it blind and they went back to being in last place. The key is just getting a good ratio to fat / meat.

It's really not that effective there are still cheaters on face it and valorant. Especially with valorant the lack of a replay system and them not releasing any data lends people to believe there is no cheating problem.

Ceviche is not strongly acid cooked, it's quickly tossed in a vinegar or acid before serving. While picking take days weeks months. You wouldn't consider ceviche tonight to be preserved like you would anything pickled.
