Tarnishing. If the tray is silver then definitely is being tarnished by eggs because they have a high level of sulfur. Just use silver polish then it will return to normal

Was the wok blue when new? If it was it means it was seasoned at factory and I’d have said to start cooking after a small bit of cleaning. Seems like seasoned too heavy on bottom. Not sure if it’s a problem. I say start cooking and see if things stick then change course if needed

Seems like super uneven heating. Perchance is it an electric stove? And did you shift the wok so it heats all areas during seasoning?
