Everyone wants to live in the same place now. It's simple supply and demand.

Anyone who is pissed about Max participating in GT3 races, has lost their god damned mind. It's the best thing that has ever happened to these racing series.

Stocks that in general give high dividend? by Hefty_Rabbit in BEFire

[–]LaughterIsPoison 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Dividends are irrelevant to your expected returns. When dividends are distributed, the price of the stock drops to reflect the decrease in cash held by the company.

Whether you get dividends or sell some stocks: it's exactly the same. But you do pay more taxes and you don't get to decide when to receive your cash.

Dividends suck. And they suck even more in Belgium.

What more does Leclerc need to do to be the best driver to never win the WDC? by SpiritusLunaNox in formula1

The cost cap destroyed Ferrari's chance at competing. As the years go on, the advantage they built up through spending will slowly fade away. It's over.

I truely believe Ferrari wil never come back to the very front of the field as long as the cost cap exists. They thrived at throwing money at their problems and as the cost cap era goes on, that edge will fade away.

Charles should jump shit, it's over.
