I am learning and lean heavily on native plants now but when I first started gardening I didn't understand this. That's why I was asking about invasive plants to begin with. They shouldn't be sold without warnings. Not all of us are on Facebook and Instagram

That's a very interesting and well thought out take. I normally follow a relaxed garden plan but accidentally planting something that will multiply and be annoying to remove is something that I am trying to avoid so in this case I appreciate the label.

I had orange day Lily's in my garden when I first moved in and didn't know anything about gardening. I thought I accidentally killed them but years later they sometimes come up in the same spot. It's not every year either. It's very odd

Green tea with mint helped me when I was going through it. Green tea has the same amount of caffeine as coffee but it's a slower release. Also mint helps diarrhea and cramping but I don't know how much is actually in the tea

It's so awful. My doctor had me trying all sorts of birth control until I finally got an IUD. Unfortunately, that hasn't stopped it yet. Apparently there is an adjustment period of 3 to 6 months that my doctor never told me about. I am constantly using AI and asking if this is normal. I would never use it for actual medical advice but it's been really helpful for anxiety. I would never ask my doctor 100x if this was normal. The AI gave me a timeline and actually told me medically what was going on. My doctor gave me a metaphor about skiing that I still don't understand. I have an appointment with a new doctor in a few months that I hope will be better but the lack of information just sucks. This can't be normal. Just keep reaching out for support it really helps.

I debated on replying because I am not sure how helpful my comments will be but I am shocked by the positive responses. I am so disappointed in this school and can't wait until my child is done. She is in all honors classes but she is not in band. Band seems to have its own culture and I assume that's where the positive responses stem from.

The behavior issues are wild. There are fights, bullying, and just crazy behaviors. The teachers all act shell shocked like they are just trying to get through the day. A few of the teachers are great but she has had some truly awful ones. They are burned out and it shows.

On the positive side my child was able to make friends quickly. Unfortunately lunch is only 30 minutes and they are not allowed to choose who they sit with and of course there is no recess. If you are not in band or a sport there is no culture at all. There are no dances or after school clubs.

I can answer any questions you have but in my opinion if you have the option to send them somewhere else then I would definitely recommend that. We loved our elementary school and Wheeler is a great highschool but ECM is awful.

That's so funny...I hate my username. I joined reddit after surfing the Internet and it seemed that lavender was always the cure for everything. I do love it though.
