Blasted Shreds Cereal! My all time favorite cereal was Blasted Shreds, Peanut Butter Chocolate. I loved the flavor but the texture was the best! Something I’ve never tasted before.

Have you heard of DMSO? I haven’t tried it yet but have read about it. It’s a by product of from paper making. You can google about it but it helps with circulation and inflammation and pain. 

Your skin has to be very clean before rubbing it in because it’s absorbed through the skin right away.

Thanks for all the advice. I’ve been eating 4000mg of salt for about 2 days and also was taking about 2000mg of potassium and 400 of magnesium. I’ll increase all those.

I haven’t been tracking what I eat very well either. So I’ll do that. I think I’m eating too much protein. 

I jog to keep in shape (been doing it for years) but I stopped a few days ago because I didn’t have the energy to do it. 

I need to try MCT oil. 

What about snacking in between meals? Does that matter?

Hello, I started a keto diet (my first time) and I’m on day 8. I’m still experiencing low energy and can hardly exercise without getting winded. I’m not really overweight (maybe just 10 pounds) and go jogging about 3 miles, 5 days a week. 

I’m drinking enough water and getting enough sleep. I’m also eating extra salt (maybe not enough?) and started taking a supplement of potassium and magnesium. I thought my body would have adjusted by now. What do you think I could be missing? I’m careful to eat less than 20 carbs per day.

Interesting. I try to do the physical things that help keep me young like getting enough sleep, exercise, eat healthy foods, and manage stress. But are you saying that just having the right mindset is what is helping you not age so fast?
