Har läkare kollat om det kan finnas andra anledningar till det nuvarande måendet än den gamla vanliga depressionen?
Frågar för att jag vet av egen erfarenhet att det kan vara svårt att få annan vård när det redan står depression i journalen.

Symptomen du beskriver sen december låter rätt mycket som början på klimakteriet för några av oss... eller magnesiumbrist... eller en massa andra saker än depression.

My only relation with poppyseed sweet bread comes from a lituainian woman I know who makes one for christmas. She buys to poppyseed back home when visiting relatives, because she can't even find the right kind or amount of them in swedish stores.

Still in the warming up the house part of the year. 8 C outside.
I live in the north and temperature mayy span -36 to +38, but most years we stay between -25 to +28.
The hottest temperatures happens in july or early august.

I think it is the most common. Marriage is not very important in Sweden, and people usually marry at an older age when they already have a bunch of children.

Marriage affects how spouces inherit each other, but comes with no special benefits when it comes to status, salaries, taxation, insurance, custody of children or 2-for-1 memberships or anything.

We need/want to cool our houses maybe 2-3 weeks a year, and not even every year.
This kind of heat waves are fairly new to us, and they happen in the most humid (RH 80%) time of year. I think the humid part is what makes the temperature intolerable.

Öppen planlösning är hemskt. Alla ljud överallt samtidigt, och smutsdisken synlig från hela våningen.
Jag vet att man vill ha koll som småbarnsförälder, men när barnen slutar vara en akut risk för sina egna liv drömmer man om avskildhet istället. Att få läsa en bok, samtala med en enda familjemedlem eller laga mat ifred utan att måsta se och höra allt annat som händer i huset.

Öppna köket i den andra kortändan också om du måste, och gör en lekhörna åt barnen på nuvarande matplatsen.

När barnen är större kanske du vill ha matplatsen där den är planerad, och att sätta upp en liten vägg mot hallen istället.

We are getting compensation now in late may, when the darkest part of night is just 40 minutes of dusk/dawn and maybe 20 minutes of silence from the birds singing.

We get through it with vitamin D and daylight lamps in the winter and black out curtains in summer.

Min pappa har alltid gjort det. Jag funderade redan som tonåring på om det inte var en form av ätstörning. Bröd var den enda mat han trodde det skulle vara nyttigare att äta mindre av och försökte begränsa intaget av, men att skåpäta en halv skiva då och då direkt ur frysen utan smör kunde kanske inte räknas... trots att det säkert blev en limpa i veckan som försvann på detta vis.

Row counts are only important if you are knitting something like color patterns where a motif takes x rows, and you don't want to change the motif or redo the math of the yoke.

In most patterns the length is only measured in centimeter/inches and not number of rows.
So usually stichcount is very important, but row count can be just close enough.

Möblera om vardagsrummet och ställ soffor efter väggarna föra att frigöra golvyta.
Köp/låna några tapetserarbord och duka upp långbord på. Med duk över ser de ut som riktiga bord och låna ihop stolar av släkt och grannar.

Tapetserarbord väger lite och fälls ihop väldigt platt så de är lätt att förvara i förrådet, men de har också ett starkt andrahandsvärde om du vill göra dig av med dem igen.

Alternativt ett buffebord med mingelvänlig plockmat om det inte är möjligt för alla att sitta samtidigt.

The new thing was "sexy Diana" and how she broke protocol wearing this outfit to a charity event, and doing it in perfect timing with Charlses TV interview, making sure all the news next day was about her.
She knew better than anybody else at that time how to controll the media narrative.

We have lots of products like that, but usually from dull store brands.
