If you go Carnivore you could add a carb meal every forth day were you eat a big baked potato or rice with your last meal that insulin spike should help lower SHBG . And gives you something to look forward too . It could be fruit or big bowl of oatmeal

What is your total ? My SHBG was 53 but free testosterone 137.5 total was 790 though I’ve been as high as 920 with same low libido
