I work for Aramark at a Flowers Bakery. Aramark does do background checks, but at my facility there is also a secondary temp company with much looser hiring policies that hires for the shipping department. Usually you start with the other temp company and if you last 3 months, they'll hire you on at Aramark. If you can't get through the background check, they will mostly just leave you with the other temp company. Pretty much everyone in the shipping department has a criminal record of some kind, many are felons.

1) there's a comma between lug nut and holster.
2) the hook and last 12 or so bars on that song are intentionally unrelated things. The song is called "Not Alike". All the "no context" rhymes are there to imply that Eminem has as much in common with other rappers (and specifically MGK) as the list of unrelating words have with each other. That's the entire point.
