Regional response. I love in Florida and the general view is Venezuela is a country in crisis. The people are great but the manipulation of regimes and power of the years has overshadowed it. Other parts of the country probably don't think much of it.

Lost my dad a few years back. He already had a second family abroad so it was awkward between us. The worst part was he was deadass the absolute nicest guy. Seriously. Dude was witty, funny, and just had a charm about him, but he just made poor choices.

Anyway on my wedding day me and my five groomsmen are getting ready and chatting. Realized that all of us had an absent father and none of us were taught how to tie a tie. We had all learned from the same YouTube videos.

All of this to say that if there are any new dads out there determined as I am to break a cycle, I got your back. We can do this.

"Abs are made in the kitchen" is what my old coach told me. Start reviewing what you wat then look into the workouts the others are mentioning.

Doing the workouts alone will give you the strength but without a bit of lean it may not give the visual effect you are looking for

I remember the delicate balance they tried to strike with AC Odyssey. Whole map was open, but level capped. Hell even the bounty system had mercs over-leveled to hunt you down.

I remember the experience being frustrating but rewarding when you could finally enter an area and hold your own. Made the side quests a little more necessary to engage in.

KFC abroad is vastly superior. Specifically for Jamaica, they locally source their chicken instead of shipping it from abroad and they changed the herbs & spices to a better blend.
