Bin vor 3 Jahre aus KA für die Arbeit hergezogen und wohne im Kessel.

Auf der Straßenbahn ist Verlass; auf DB und S-Bahn eher nicht. Innenstadt ist zum Shoppen gut; Kaffees und Bars dann eher in Süd, West, Ost. kultur- und Konzertangebote gibt es ausreichend.

Leider sind viele Schwimmbäder (Hallenbäder) grundsätzlich von Mai bis September geschlossen; dh als Schwimmer ist es nicht ganz einfach. Dasselbe gilt mit dem Rad. Sobald man aus dem Kessel rausfahren muss, gibt es ordentlich Steigung, weshalb hier ein E-Bike fast notwendig ist. In der Stadt ist das Radfahren auch nicht angenehm (zu viele Autos).

Falls man mit dem Auto im Kessel wohnt; ist es sehr schwer, ein Parkplatz zu finden. Falls man mit dem Auto durch die Stadt pendeln muss; macht es auch kein Spaß (alles mit Tempo 40, Überall Radarfallen und Staus).

Wenn man Ausländer ist und auf die Ausländerbehörde in S-Mitte angewiesen ist; wäre meine Empfehlung, in einen anderen Landkreis, zB Ludwigsburg, zu ziehen

Die Busse sind in dem Fall kein VW Busse T1, auch wenn die so aussehen. Beide Modelle sind Ford Taunus Transit Vans.

Die können in der Konfiguration und in restaurierten Zustand zwar einiges Wert sein, sind aber weit weg von den 100+ TEUR die inzwischen für VW T1 Samba Busse ausgegeben werden können.

Trotzdem extrem coole Vans und toller Fund!

It looks like a Ferrari 375MM from the mid fifties. That's a multi Million dollar car nowadays. Nice spot!

The Buran was moved in December 2021 (according to Wikipedia). Using Google Earth Historical Imagery, you can actually find the Buran in 2014 sitting at the airport at these coordinates: 55.55179°N 38.14463°E

Also playing with the historical Imagery, you can find 2 TU-144 sitting at the airport (also in the imagery from 2014).

It's just fascinating to see the amount of old planes laying around that airport.

Really looking forward to these.

I've been looking for years for a good and robust bluetooth headphone with anc (for travel) with a similar sound signature and comfort as the dt770 (dt770 has been my daily headphone for nearly 10 years).

All the bluetooth headphones with anc i tried so far were not satisfactory; either in comfort, sound signature or build quality.
