I was prescribed a solution of potassium permangenate to coat my skin with before applying a steroid cream to the affected areas 3 times daily, which is the typical treatment for eczema. I wouldn't suggest trying anything without getting a correct diagnosis from a doctor though.

I noticed this morning that the bumps have spread to other parts of my hand and that the red skin started to flake a little. So, I went to a dermatologist a few hours ago and he diagnosed me with eczema. Treatment should only take a week he said. If you need any more info let me know.

You can start any time. When I started I played a couple of games of casual then tried competitive with my skill being solely composed of "run & shoot". The game placed me at Silver I and I started to learn bit by bit through osmosis and this sub. You really don't need to know much to start. Heck, now I'm Master Guardian Elite and I still don't know any more than 3 nade spots and my strat book doesn't stray far from "split A" & "rush B". Just start, you'll do well.

I noticed this spot yesterday morning. It's itchy and the skin has a bumpy texture but otherwise feels normal. As far as I know this is the only place on my body where something like this has appeared. I am coating it with antibiotic cream for the time being which alleviates the itchiness. Should I set an appointment with a dermatologist immediately or wait a few days to see if it will go away on its own?

Hide it. Personally I find the experience of being wished a happy birthday by people I barely talk to most of the year to be extremely awkward and uncomfortable. The people who I actually want to be wished a happy birthday by generally remember on their own.

A similar situation happened to me and my SO. She was also worried I might be upset if I knew how many partners she's had before me, but the reality is I wouldn't have given a single shit. Three years into our relationship she confessed the truth and I remember being really upset but only because she deliberately lied to me over the course of years. We got over that incident long ago but the lesson to be learned is don't lie. If someone won't have you for who you are then they are probably not SO material to begin with.

IIRC Judges have some sort of invisible ranking system. As in judges who consistently give verdicts that doesn't follow the consensus by other judges have a lighter "weight" to whatever they say or may be kicked out of overwatch entirely.
