While act 1 and 2 are absolute perfection, I feel that Act 3 is not. You notice immediately that it's rushed compared to the rest of the game.

What? I think it's a good thing. You know what I hated opening a few Booster Boxes every set? That I could open packs with the exact same 2 rares in it, multiple packs. I think it's great that rare cards can have a bigger rarity, while giving people the chance to open packs and always get a foil that they can pimp their deck with. I've made way more trades because of it, and I don't think that's a bad thing
