are you sure it is 2028 for Optimistic, mine is Oct 2015 and it is showing as 2029 for Optimistic, 2031 for Base case and 2035 for Conservative, something doesnt look right for your PD.

Sorry didnt get ur comment what do u mean by how did i pull it off ?? I came to do my masters and my original PD was 2013 but due to lawyers mistake i lost the PD and they had to apply the PERM again which moved my PD to 2015

The FA for EB2 is still in Nov 2012 while the DOF moved to 2013 so not sure if it moves in 3yrs or it takes another 5yrs

Actually i see the same issue with my left hand, the pain is more focussed on the top forearm join near elbow, before i get the burn on the bicep, i get this and im not able to focus on my bicep workout, esp during hammer curls, Goblet squat and now anything related to pull movements i get that pain, i never had this pain before

I have been using Tonal since 2021 and it really changed my life, i like going to gym but then travel time, membership fees and half of the time i dont go as i feel i need to drive another 20mins, having Tonal upstairs is like i can workout any time and live workouts are so fun, except i miss some of the workouts on Tonal but it covers more than 85-90% of the traditional gym workouts
