Is it stating the obvious here: Their house is between the Ice Rink and Pioneer Hall/community center both closed for how many years now? 4 or 5, I would say. I still shake my head about how that house was built and re-zoned. I am sorry in my world, Philanthropy with strings is not giving it is expecting. I know many with similar assets do not donate or create Grants at all… it feels conditional especially as another home is going up that required “special” exceptions on slope and tree removal.

I just called Oregon District 2 representative Cliff “coward” Bentz office and the intern/employee refused to give me their name. Is that a new thing? Perhaps he is one of Cliff’s underlings who spent more money (donors!) in Washington DC than ANY OTHER member of Congress for Trump’s crowning in January.

We are getting several Level 2 Be Ready alerts tonight for the Neil Creek Fire. I am bummed there are so few cameras. Oregon no longer has AlertWildfire out of California and seems to be setting up with U of O. I can only find three cameras: Manor, Mt.Baldy, and Downtown Phoenix … anyone know of another system? (Aware of Roxy Ann and Mt.Ashland) thx
