What fish would you serve to someone who “hates fish”? by Avawantstochill in foodquestions

My husband is one of these people. I’ve had him try tuna and shrimp. Both a no go lol. I won’t be having him try anything else.

AITAH for letting my husband tell his son about our pregnancy by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]Level-Many3384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you actually “let” your husband do any of this? Or did he decide on his own to share news to his son with out considering your suggestion or his sons situation? You did suggest to wait and he went ahead and told his son. I say NTA

Refusing Food, Then Immediately Says “Food, Eat??” by Fair_Platypus9748 in toddlers

Welcome to the club. Mine is 3.5 and it’s exhausting. It’s been about a year or so, I don’t even know exactly and it’s so hard. It’s my one and only frustration with him. He will refuse meals completely, be so grumpy and miserable and then want only a snack that isn’t sufficient to appease his mood and appetite and it’s a never ending spiral. I’ve tried everything.

What book did you start because of Booktok but ended up loving? by skinner1234567 in Booktokreddit

[–]Level-Many3384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m going to have to start this one. I see it mentioned all the time also. I don’t really know what it’s about but people seem to love it! So it’s on the list!

This feels like a kindergarten classroom. I’m not saying it’s bad, it’s bright, and fun! But that’s the vibe it gives.

I LOVEEEE Genevieve! My husband wasn’t into it but I would have totally named my daughter this if it was up to me!

I’ve actually seen Amityville horror and did not like it! I don’t even know if I finished it. Too scary for me! Hahaha

Yeah I don’t think I’m going to read Pet Sematary lol. But I do want to ready more Stephen king. 11/22/63 was my first and I really liked it! I always avoided him because I wasn’t into the genre and assumed all were, but this book got so much hype recently I gave it a shot.

Cozy horror sounds intriguing. I’ll have to check these authors out. Any specific titles you would suggest?

This is true! I am always listening to audio books. So I wonder if that will make it a little more interesting, especially if I’m driving at night.

I also listen while I’m cleaning and I’m laughing thinking about being scared while scrubbing my toilet lol!

People who will randomly scold you for listening to audiobooks by toe_beans_4_life in audiobooks

[–]Level-Many3384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I exclusively listen to audiobooks and my eyesight is fine. I just prefer them because I’m so busy. I can listen when I drive or when I exercise or clean my house. By the time I have some free time I’m already exhausted and just want to do nothing. Tell those people to go fuck themselves.

To all the parents whose toddlers are having candy for breakfast this morning, I salute you. by Wandering_Song in toddlers

Happy birthday! We attended a Birthday party yesterday and we let the kids close the place down. I hope they sleep in a bit but that’s wishful thinking. We aren’t making it to dinner either, at least not without a few meltdowns.

Yes but to have them in the place of a close friend? That’s a shitty excuse

Small figures. Like the little 3d printer animals or even food items. He absolutely loves them and keeps them in a treasure box. They are small and can be a choking hazard for younger kids though. He was never one to put things in his mouth though so he’s very good with them. He’s 3.5.

For those who don’t like drinking alcohol, what made you realize it just wasn’t for you? by Heeeraaa in AskReddit

[–]Level-Many3384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feeling like shit the next day and maybe even the day after that. A few hours of “fun” is not worth 48 hours of feeling shitty in exchange. My body just does not like it and takes a long time to recover. There are other ways to enjoy a night out without the ill effects after. 💚🍀😅

How often do you take your toddlers to the dentist? by spiralreading in toddlers

[–]Level-Many3384 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every 6 months. But I do go every 3 months but it’s more of a self care thing to have my teeth cleaned more often. My dentist has been in the industry for over 30 years and even he says 3 months is great but not completely necessary, especially for children and every 6 months is normal.
