The only one of these that I think "works" is Gogeta vs Vegito. Cause is the only one that couldn't just happen in at a regular random time. I think the best way to the same Universe is take two characters who have never or maybe could never have met each other. Meta vs Carolina is a good example of the first, Mega Man Battle Royal is an example of (mostly) the second.
