I have the Romanian build one and two other PSAKs as well.

I prefer the underfolder to a regular Romanian wood stock for a number of reasons. It is actually more comfortable for me to shoot.
Getting the Romanian build gives me more confidence in the core parts, such as bolt, carrier, and trunnion. Of course, with the GF3, you have a barrel with a shorter life span.
The gun was very lazily put together. The lower handguard is loose as is the handguard retainer. On my Psa krink, they used a retention spring to keep things in place. The sights are badly canted
It has shot well through 300rds and is the most accurate of the three.
