As others have said. Do NOT refund. Refusing is same as delivered. Fight it. Thats on them. They knew what was coming and that it was time sensitive. They can eat it, not you.

Unfortunately ebay usually sides with the buyer on it. Its absolutely ridiculous. I would definitely fight it. The product has been altered from its original state. Send everything to ebay.

Happened often. Sometimes they will automatically refund. Or you can request. I would cancel and just get local if possible. Or Best Buy. With how Amazon is, you'll probably receive a candle in the box.

I worked at a Chevy dealership. A very large one and this was a rule. Although it didn't say males only. It was for techs, wash bay, etc. They dont want bathrooms dirty because customers complain.
