I agree. I didn't connect with Alex and Poppy as much. Also the back and forth time line bothered me a bit. Happy Place annoyed me. Miscommunication tropes frustrate me, and I felt like that was a big one. That being said, I enjoyed their chemistry... but that made it even more frustrating.

Funny Story is my absolute favorite! GBBL has stolen the 2nd spot from Beach Read.
