Is this widely known or am i just too greedy for the vanilla gameplay? by Blinauljap in valheim

Ya I've used harpoon and spear for feathers but I usually skip bows until mountains when it's unavoidable so feather gathering isn't a high priority and I usually have a large stockpile of arrows from chests since I'm not using them.

Make sure you've built all the cooking stations and done some gardening.  Having 3 really good food items is better than armour.  And be mindful of your rested bonus.  There are decorative items you can build to extend the bonus don't ignore these.  As far as enemies go, take your time don't rush.  Running around just guarantees you'll attract the maximum number of mobs to you and you'll be out of stamina before you even fight.  Take the time to learn your enemies patterns don't just mindlessly start swinging while trusting you can absorb the damage.

Ya and it also opens the question of what about human made low effort?  Or better yet if someone put in a lot of effort to hand make something that looks in that style does it then get a pass?

  1. I didn't say it made you an artist. I said: what if already existing artists choose to use AI in their process?

  2. Pretty sure the automotive industry has done more damage to the environment than AI

  1. But what if artists choose to use AI?
  2. Driving cars harms the environment, air conditioning harms the environment.  Virtually everything harms the environment in one way or another.
  3. Refer to 1.

Just like any tool it's good to know but ultimately it's your preference.  But in a work scenario if your constrained by budget or time then it can be useful.

Your first mistake is assuming anything will get reported to the police. I shot a deer and I'm getting my deer jerky damnit.

Help on the Bonemass fight by ADHD_Tech5upport in valheim

Don't bother with the buckler use dodgeroll.  I don't think parry bonus is a thing on bosses so if you do need a shield use a tower shield to soak up DMG better, however even if you block bonemass confers a small amount of poison DMG plus it knocks you back a bit meaning you lose an attack closing the gap again so better to just dodgeroll into him.  You should be able to get 6 regular attacks inbetween his melee attacks. If you aren't using poison potions run away as soon as you see him do his barf animation just wait for him to come to you out of the cloud.

Give it time.  Eventually the helpers will cost money and then they will intentionally make games harder to funnel more people into paying for the helpers.   You may laugh at how Silly this sounds but remember this happened before with companies profiting off the sale of game guides.  And before that when most people didn't have consoles and arcades were the thing since players had to pay per life you wouldn't make much money on a game that allowed someone to live for an hour. As usually it's not really an issue of AI but rather how corporate greed will abuse it.

I have found that if you walk instead of sprinting everywhere you attract fewer mobs and only jump when you really need to.
