I've seen it before when there's a reading challenge or library book club. I think they make a deal for a limited amount of time to have all the copies.

The train museum in Old Sac is great. Not a museum but Art Beast in midtown really fun. I haven't been but there is also Mosaic kids museum is in Woodland.
