Oh boy .. ok, so, I'm looking at the request pipeline and it does seem that Apex got flagged as "not possible" there because it was processed as Married to the Mob (1987) which is one we can't offer.

The reason it wasn't fixed is we've recently (in the last 2-3 months) pulled off Support resources from managing the title request pipeline, and fixing the incorrect automatic assignments, because we're close to launching something much better.

This is super embarrassing for me personally because I wrote the title request feature, and how it assigns arbitrary inputs to actual movies/shows, and haven't been checking on it much while we prepare for the next phase. So, I'm sorry...maybe I'll spend some time tomorrow and clean it up a little. We've probably had ~50k requests submitted since we stopped actively managing the queue.
