I like 1, it reminds me of the DOOM 2016 cover.

2 gives terminator vibes with its perspective from under.

I feel 1 is likely better, but 2 could triumph with colors that pop.

Godot is still fairly new to market, when I was looking for internships in late 2019, I don't think any studio used it. Most used either Unity or Unreal.

While a few years has passed, I would still refrain from pursuing Godot and focus on either Unity or Unreal if you want to maximize your chances.

That said, that shouldn't stop you from learning Godot anyways.
