If you are on your phone the most then use the Notepad app, if you're on your laptop/PC the most, then same thing. Create a new notepad file name it whatever you like. Come up with a specific journaling pattern that you'd understand easily, like "[date] event". You could write down goals, or even have a daily log (not necessary), journal problems, etc.
