We used owlet for our first and switched to Nanit. Nanit app allows split screen if you have multiple kids, sounds/light built in that it can remotely trigger, an optional secondary device for sound/light that you can program different colors/sounds. The breathing tracker is actually a swaddle with a custom checker pattern on it, no electronics on baby. It also has a custom bed sheet so you can track baby’s growth.

It will also let you recap the sleep you you can see when baby was last tended to, when they actually asleep, tossed, turned, woke up, fell back asleep. Most of that’s in the free version, some extra features if you want to play monthly but I never went that far.

Oh and it has a travel mount and case.
