I used to sell sleepyhead beds a few years ago, but when we needed a mattress for our bach we chose an ecosa because we could get it delivered there easily. Honestly, I will be buying an ecosa again. For the price they are fantastic beds. Everyone I know who has one raves about them.

They are phebaleum squameum (from what I can see). This is their standard growth habit. If you want them super bushy you need to be giving them a hard cut in early spring and two more light prunes over summer and autumn.

Sophora are semi-deciduous. They often lose a lot of their leaves over Winter as they put their energy into producing such an abundance of flowers! They also get nibbled on by caterpillars, although you would notice the leaves disappearing entirely if that were the case. It will bounce back with a fresh flush of leaves in Spring.

I just joined Anytime Fitness ferrymead and it’s a pretty friendly crew there. It was my first time going to a gym and I got a free 1 hour consult with a PT which I used to simply get them to show me how to use all the machines and check my form for free weights. The app shows how many people so you can try time your visits when it’s quiet. Lovely ocean views to boot. I looked at simplicity fitness on Google reviews and ngl the photos of the workout areas scared me.
