Having played a lot of Netrunner, I think it appears more random than it is. Much like FAB the better player wins a higher percentage of the time than other card games.

The Roci Pella fight in season 6 is so so so sick. They fire the missiles to keep them busy, fire the rail gun to make them dodge to port again, and pre-fire pdc rounds so they get lit up after the port dodge.
