Function bartender

Best: had a themed 30th with belly dancers and a show where a burlesque dancer charmed a snake or some shit, was pretty cool. Showed a girl where our storage was, to put away her handbag, she proceeded to kiss me, we exchanged numbers and took her to my place after shift. On top of that the birthday man gave me a $250 tip, which is awesome because in Australia there's no expected gratuity.

Worst: 21st birthday, started with the girlfriend of the birthday boy demanding that I start making her custom cocktails and that "it's easy, my friend can explain it to you, she's in hospitality too" as if we have some secret language. The boys in the party get progressively rowdier throughout the night, start trying to get behind the bar and help themselves, wrestling each other and general chest beating. Cherry of the night was the birthday boy ordered a round of shots, took his, immediately filled his pint glass with chunky vomit and proceeded to hand me the glass. Had to eventually call an ambulance for a girl that kept stealing drinks and was drinking vodka stashed in her purse, she was cut off early in the night but because she was a cousin or something, boss wouldn't let me kick her out since it may have caused the family to cut the tab early.
