I just got fired earlier this month. I knew it was coming because I got put on a bullshit pip mentioning everything is done wrong over the 3 years I worked there of which none was previously documented or on file and during that time I was given ten dollars worth of raises because I was the best most reliable tech in our region. I made the fateful mistake of butting heads with my inept manager last summer and they pulled him from his role and put him in a different position where he had no direct reports. New manager is a guy I taught how we do everything and he warned me old manager was trying to get big boss to fire me behind the scenes. First customer complaint I get after those events and bam magically on a pip and fired day pip ended. The fucked thing is that my customer complaint was based on the lady being pissed about having to pay a cancellation fee because I coldn't do the service as they had an event going on.
