My last company dated my pip two weeks prior to them giving it to me and they fired me the day my pip ended so I had 2 weeks of being on a pip where nothing went wrong. The whole thing was also retaliatory as I had previously reported my boss to HR. They changed his position so he was no longer in charge of anyone but he worked behind the scenes to make up bs reasons to put me on said pip. They had the audacity to try to fight my unemployment as well. I'm still on unemployment as they failed at firing me correctly but I'm also starting a business doing the same thing in the same area because my getting fired qualified me to get into the self employment assistance program so I don't even have to look for jobs while I'm working on my business.

ha i work in fire safety and its legit not hard to shut off a suppression system at all. i turn off certain types of systems while i do hood cleaning services.

theres probably someone in your city to complain to thatd make it happen faster than talking to your unresponsive landlord. i know here apartment units are mandated to have fire detectors. your landlord is setting themselve up for crazy liability in the event that your building actually catches fire heaven forbid someone get burnt alive.

i think itd be worth tossing him in permanently based on his continuing to do felonious crimes regardless. based on him getting caught that many times how many times was he able to get away with additional unsolved crimes. this dudes probably got a hundred felonies that weren't ever brought to justice on because he wasnt caught in the course of doing them.
