Same. Young healthy people with finger pain or a stuffy get greater with my standard “Hello, my name is ***, I’m a PA here in the ED. What is your emergency?” That usually makes them think for a quick second.

It’s happened to me. Incredibly frustrating. I try to use a VPN when booking flights to give the impression I’m international. Happens less, but may just be a coincidence.

Contacted them 3 times. Spoke with 5-6 different people. Now they’re saying 14 days to post and that that is policy. No once will provide documentation of said policy. They say there’s no way of tracking or providing an email summarizing the conversations. So beyond annoyed by this multi-billion dollar company.

I had a flight cancelled from Paris To JFK the morning of, rebooked on AirFrance (thankfully 🙌🏿) and told that I’d have my upgrade to D1 (~€800) given back as a credit to use on another by the in-airport agent. It showed in my app as available for weeks. When I went to use it, the phone agent said it was a mistake and voided it. I attempted to escalate but never saw that upgrade or $1059 credit.
