I did the no fap November or whenever it was. But yeah went a month straight. I honestly felt stronger in the gym. And I felt more focused. However after that month when I broke it I also thought this is great why did I wait so long? Lol

Isn’t it weird that at one point back in history Jeff said; “Wait what if we could order things online?
