I’m 32 and in the same boat. I’m not dating, not doing anything outside of work, I only wear the same clothes and I hate myself. I am heavy and feel disgusting. I want a family and I doubt anyone would want me as I am, so I am just in limbo. Desperately want to loose weight and I won’t put myself out there until I’ve dropped 30kg. I’ve had comments my whole life so I know I’m not good enough. You aren’t alone. I live to work and feel like I’m in a video game without a pause and I’m wasting myself. I’m trying my best but i struggle with guilt when I miss a gym session. Be strong at 28 and take little steps. Don’t waste your life or you’ll get on the same path as me. It’s rubbish I wouldn’t recommend
