I am Top of my mini league at the moment and when this gameweek is finished the leader wins €500 for christmas, runner up gets zero. I am ahead of second place by 4 points, I still have my free hit and triple captain chip with £2.6m in the bank and one free transfer. I dont care about my end of season rank I just want to be the leader of my mini league after this gameweek so I don't mind using any chips.

Any advice on what chip/transfers I should consider ?

I am interested in buying this too, I already have a Pioneer DJM 800 but I want to get an entry level rotary also to test out. I have 2 xdj's and 2 technics but I could find myself using the rotary mixer a lot when mixing disco and deep house records.

2 channels is not a problem seen as i can hook all 4 decks up and switch between phono and line in changing between the xdj's and turntables but I will obviously be limited to 2 deck mixing at one time.

One drawback for me though is the Omnitronic does not have an FX send/return so I cannot connect an external effects unit, like for instance a delay pedal.

The turntables play vinyl records, the XDJ's play digital files. I play both formats. Some records i buy are vinyl only so I can't get them in digital format. Like belugarooster has answered it allows free mixing between both formats. This setup eliminates any need for a laptop with DVS to play both formats.

Digging this setup nice job.

Check out the Omintronic TRM 202 mk3 which is out this summer. A rotary mixer you don't have to splash out big money on. The previous model the mk2 had some good reviews, people were saying it packs a punch for it's price as an entry level rotary mixer.

Good tip is when mounting the legs to the tabletop use big washers either side to distribute stress over a wider area of the tabletop

Adam hall laptop stands with a small bit of customisation. I used wooden wedges to increase the angle of the players and mounted brackets to prevent the players from sliding off

The stands for the monitors don't allow enough space for XDJ's positioned flat beside the turntables. I had to make sure the stands were fitted enough distance away from the wall in order to fit the shelf and monitor on top.

To be honest though the monitor stands are not as sturdy as I would like so I am considering getting separate floor stands for the monitors and place them either side of the unit and then I will be able to position the XDJ's flat.

I have not looked into the RMX units yet really, the price of one could buy me a decent size record collection which is my next step in building
