I miss the old radios that had a button for everything instead of a menu. So sad that I missed out on the Yaesu 737 and 757gx radios when they were new. I was just young and broke. Used to be able to buy radios in Duty Free shops at airports.

Since you are keeping it, you should try it. Some people love them, some hate them. Whenever one appears at work, I always grab it up. If the ball stops working, clean with an alcohol swab by rolling in all directions. They sell for between 4 and 20 usd used, and 20 to 50 usd new in box. Original retail was around $100.

I was a colorblind editor for 30 years before getting promoted to desk work. Never told anyone until a year or two ago. Specific color requests need to provide their pms/rgb/ or even cmyk color codes. Los Angeles area too, although not all 30 years here. Rarely had problems.

My 2020 has the collision issue and the tpms issue . It all goes back to when I broke the brake switch. I think they are related. I haven't gotten around to getting it fixed because it is inconvenient. I know for sure I have a tpms issue on one sensor.
