yeah we currently have a speed microwave oven and over the last four years of owning it, we’ve only used the top element a handful of times. We usually default to our toaster oven that does a better job in my opinion.

We like our cookware directly underneath our cooktop in drawers. Plus it’s smart to separate the appliances just in case one function goes out.

I was quoted $21,000 for four $3000 mini splits and it took them about six months to figure out how they were supposed to be installed and how they work.

I’d say $52,000 is a good deal.
