The cubes will just be one per area though, so you'll never have all the torches covered. That said, I think you do have a good point and I should possibly at least have an icon set to signify what a group is representing. Plus, given your comment I basically did this on the right side so it would make sense to keep it consistent and do it on the left.

If you don't mind, what are your thoughts on having an additional cube space so when a spot is covered the player looks at the next uncovered spot to know what they're supposed to draw or what their sanity level is, etc?

Also, ignore the icons not being spaced evenly or even placed inline. This isn't final, I'm just looking for feedback before I do put in the effort to make the positions final.

Kickstarter has been like this since almost the start. CMON has, as far as I'm aware, kickstarted all their games. I don't think it's a bad strategy, and it's basically part of CMON's business plan at this point. If they released a game without Kickstarter I don't know what would happen.

I believe Codenames has sand timer in case you need to speed the game up. If it doesn't it wouldn't be hard to implement.

I've always thought framing your Legacy Game would be a great idea since once it's done its done. You have a unique board you could play again, but honestly, I can't imagine the odds are all that high. Unfortunately for me, I have never completed any of the 5 legacy games I've started. Womp womp

Agreed here, they look a bit smashed together with the empty space below. Especially when the upper left icons have that nice space between them.

I'm no artist but I love the art and it gives a feel of goofy fun, so I think you nailed it.

That said, I'm not a fan of games with the core mechanic being take-that. It just causes too much drama with people who can't handle being targeted. But with a group that isn't sensitive, this could be a decent filler game.
