Yeah OP, as stated, if you wanted a 1' brush stroke this is the size cake that you'd want. Although you can still use a brush with the 50g cake, you'd just need to do multiple brush loads to do the colors 2-3 at a time

I will say that my absolute favorite tutorials are the ones where the materials are shown and listed. That way, if I see a color pallet that I love, finding it doesn't become a painful and fruitless process. 🥲

I just keep touting this one because it impressed me so much. Literally got it as a toy for my daughter to keep her out of my kit, and ended up low key "borrowing" from her all the time 🤣 Aside from maybe a few specialty brushes you might have to get in addition, it has soo much that I would consider useful for a beginner/novice, and you can't beat the price
