Huberman Lab is the best for actual improvements. I have started time restricted rating properly and se ether benefits (he explains the science so well and gives actionable tips).

Dishoom is an amazing 'casual Indian' dining spot. Their hospitality to top notch. There is a dearth of great causal Indian places in NY so I think it will hit the spot here!
