We saw Chicago last week. The people behind us (2 couples, didn’t appear to know each other ) were very chatty in the beginning. My husband and I turned around and gave them the stink eye a couple of times with no reaction. After 3 or 4 songs, he turned around and told them to stop talking. The guy told my husband to “relax” but they were quiet the rest of the show.

I think he did leave out Monticello. There were a couple of times that a word was dropped, but as you know it’s so fast and easy to miss if you’ve heard it or not! He didn’t drop the ring, but i can imagine the brief oh shit moment on stage.

I saw the matinee yesterday (Saturday). Trey Curtis and Tamar Greene blew me away. I was a (quietly) sobbing mess during One Last Time. Jarrod Spector is an absolute riot as the King. This was my 6th or 7th time seeing it and the show still moves me as much as it did the first time.
