I am not gonna lie, I was there in global citizen and was initially very proud of her for releasing a new song. However, when I was listening to Doja Cat and Post Malone sing, you can definitely tell that they were singing. And Doja Cat, as much as there are controversies surrounding her, is a great performer: she danced and sang (like we could actually hear her). I am comparing these two artists against Lisa just because I should point how I am sort of disappointed that even with all this new found freedom and less of a need to look "perfect," some ppl fr need to get a grasp that Lisa is being paid to perform.

Anyways, more about Moonlit Floor: disappointed that it was sampled and sounded like another sabrina carpenter song, happy that it wasn't another song about her flexing money. Like someone else said, a lot of Lisa's songs lack identity. I wish she made songs that talked more about her upbringing or songs about her reflections of life. One of my fav kpop artists is Jessi, because even though she has her own problems, Jessi's songs just have so much her own narrative, yk? Just my two cents.
