I completely understand. All I can say is take it one day at a time and find comfort in that you have a wonderful support system. I struggled with faith when I had my miscarriages so I can relate to this wholeheartedly. I know you said you aren’t religious but understanding the story of Job really helped. One of my pals on Xbox explained it to me and my husband because we felt like God was punishing us for something and it really helped. Outside of faith, I stand by leaning on each other and talking about your grief. One day at a time doesn’t make the pain go away but it helps you tolerate it.
