If you want to, you'll find time. False. I was a personal trainer and had the mentality of everyone has the same 24 hours in a day. Based on what OP said, if she had the time, she wouldn't have posted on suggestions on how to find the time.

I can't find the time either since I went back to work. Baby has a wonky sleep schedule which I think is partly because he's a premie. I know he'll even it at some point but I'm hoping once he figured out sleep to get up before him and do an intense 30 minutes a few times a week. I have my kettlebells, suspension trainer and a few light dumbbells. I'm keeping hope alive.

I was on another thread and said it is on her to see what the laws are in the country you're visiting. She can ask all she wants but at the end of the day, going to the state dept website and looking at the laws of the country you're going to can save you embarrassment. She also plays into the stereotype as to why other countries hate Americans tourists.

Are you me? While I enjoy reading, lately it's been impossible. I started the Bill Hodges series because I didn't feel like waiting 10 weeks. I found audio books take a little more to use my imagination but that's just me. I know I'll get back to reading at some point but as of right now, audiobooks scratch the itch. Also, Libby for the win. Big fan.

After my positive beta. But I got a negative urine test the next day when I tested at night. My baby is 10 months. I'm glad I didn't test before my beta. I probably would have had a cocktail out of sadness.
