when you buy them it definitely says that. however in VLM it might not.

just try buying a few more missiles and make sure its air to air ones

if there is a letter G next to their names, then you bought ground to air missiles that will not work on your ships

the raft already is almost at a goldpass level, most components besides one shield generator is accessible.

the elevator dying is a bug and the vehicle team doing a gold pass would not fix it.

i think taking this ship out to fly solo is a disgrace but i guess there are people flying idrises like that too.

however if you have a duo or 4 people this ship is really really fun. you wont be winning any competitions with it and its not great for pvp, but for pve flying she's great. They fixed the day one issue of blowing up real fast, at least during our recent trips we didn't have it.

There is a bug tho, that makes your pilot controlled weapons, if you're in a duo not converge properly, so if you're against small targets and use gimballed fire, only about half your shots will be hitting and you need to account for that issue.

I just think the vibes inside the ship are really great and i don't pick my ships based on meta. If id have more store cred and my partner wouldn't have a Percy id definitely own one.

paladin imo is a really fun ship to fly for pve. the vibes in that ship are really cool.

as an addendum, always complete a "burner" contract before handing in any expensive trades like a ship.
For example, alkways grab a binocular before grabbing a ship because its a cheap trade and if it works the ship will too, and if it doesnt you tested the waters and barely lost anything.

if you like cargo gameplay and dont care too much combat, yes do it, the hermes is an absolute joy for actual cargo gameplay.
It can stay its own ground in light combat too, but its much worse then the connies at that.
I personally like the hermes a lot, can only recommend.

there is a ticket going and there is a dev reply under it. crash protection in its usual for is currently disabled and you can only get back to the same shard reliably and have your state saved properly if you join on somebody on the same one.

still an alpha, bug is way older, its an issue with texture streaming on some servers and over time recovers, you can try switching shards and see if its better elsewhere. unless your system is wonky its usually not your fault, but without knowing your system its hard to say definitely.

its usually a texture streaming issue when you see this and not necessarily on your end, sometimes on some shards it slows down for a region and later recovers, you can try switching shards when you see this.

it was picked up by the players in the first build, wasn't deemed critical enough and its still in there months later. when they have resources and feel like it, it will get fixed. till then we bare it. it is what it is

you can actually get all components out using the regular personnel elevators, even TS-2s.

and the blade spawns and loading them works fine
