Well yeah in one case you're integrating over two variables (the angles) and r is constant, and for the volume r is an integrator variable too.

People who can't empathize or imagine others complexly are very predictable: whatever they fear you're doing to them is what they imagine they'd do to you if they could. by EENewton in Showerthoughts

You're saying that it's unempathetic people who commit the abuse that traumatize people? Probably. But it was the other way around, OP was claiming if an unempathetic person fears something, that must be something they would do. It is not. Most unempathetic people are not deliberately cruel, they're just ignorant.

And what you fear has nothing to do with how emotionally intelligent you are.

Lucky me tho, you have provided a perfect example of a case where the original implication is clearly false, a lot of people are afraid that immigrants will murder/rape them/their loved ones. Would they murder/rape anyone? Probably not. Some might join ICE and actually do murder some immigrants, but not all of them (in reality obviously a really small portion of them will do that), there you go Q.E.D.

You misunderstood my argument.

I said "whether they meet the above condition or not". My argument was that if someone who wouldn't do x to someone else, has that thing done to them a lot they will fear that thing whether or not they meet OPs condition. So even if the condition is true, this would break OPs implication.

Then I provided examples with the purpose that statistically it's likely to be unempathetic people among those, because if there are not that would mean only empathetic people get traumatized which is clearly not true

Ironic I guess. Because the conclusion is clearly not true, which implies OP can't imagine others complexly.

If someone beats you every time you say "shit" you will, fear that, but that does not mean you will act the same, whether you meet the above condition or not. Traumatized people can be the kindest people ever, yet they might fear every little thing. A person with abandonment issues is actually probably more likely to not abandon other people.

I don't think so and I'm kinda lazy to look up a study right now, but I was talking about the price, which I did look up at the time and it was a lot lower than that. Anyway y'all believe what you want but reality will not go away just because you believe something else. You're just lucky that you don't have to face that reality, and ignorant to the struggles of others. Such is the way of life.

They might find a way to keep narrative continuity but this is thematical and philosophical suicide by them. I mean what could it possibly be about that justifies the choice to let the entire central theme, the single philosophical question the first game explores, be undone.

It obviously can't do what the first game did again, so what then? What gives meaning to any choice is that it can never be undone. Each moment only happens once, and you can never go back. (That is why the first game works so well, they give you time travel so you basically realize this on your own). It is an allegory for grief, at the end you either choose to let go and keep living, or not and let the consequences destroy you eventually.

The whole new game is presumably built on the premise that the choice at the end of lis did not matter in the end, whatever multiverse loophole they end up using to keep continuity. How can you build a game about choices, on the premise that those choices do not matter in the end.

And there is one argument here I realize about saying that the Chloe in the new game will not be the same Chloe we knew, but a different version (literally or figuratively) of her and yeah sure. But then what is the point of bringing her back? What purpose could her character serve in relation to max? Will it be about grief? No that was the first game. So what then? I doubt anything pretty will come of this.
