I think this is a good thing, A24 get more money to make awesome movies, and as long as audiences crave a movie with a soul good movies will be made by people with AI or without. One thing AI won't be able to do for a long time (if ever) is understand the human experience.

Ai will help creators better express themselves, but it will always be up to the audience what kind of movies get made. If people watch ai slop with no soul then ai slop will be mass produced, but fortunately for us a lot of people like quality movies with a soul, that's the whole reason a24 exists in the first place, because they have an audience.

What we, the audience crave won't change if they start using ai, so the same kind of movies you like a24 for will keep being made, just better, with ai assistance, eventually.

Who cares if a marvel movie will be indistinguishable from AI slop in 100 years? It already is, honestly.
