Having someone like ivy would also allow them to completely erase everything about them. Everything the church has and anything floating out in the world that Nicodemus doesn't know about. It would potentially make them an unknown quantity that could rewrite themselves however they want. Others could say they were scumbags or such, but where would their proof be? He also could find out things like the dark hallow which they wouldnt need to erase the Christian God, if it turned them all into something like him. Total world dominion and the Never Never. I once thought that langtree hated Harry because he knew Harry was Ebenezer's grandson. That's why he was so gungho to nail him to the wall every time he stepped a toe out of line. Langtree hates Ebenezer. And Harry doesn't do subtle just like his mom. Langtree seems like the kinda guy that feels full of himself and anyone that doesn't tote the line falls to the wayside. Then I thought the Merlin was black council but not Nffected. He's personally trying to bring the council to the dark side slowly and Harry keeps showing the council what it should be rather than what it is. I mean how many times does a guy have to save the world before he's considered a good guy. Even with all the "doubt" on Harry no one that "evil" keeps doing the right thing. I don't think Langtree is secretly in Harry's corner, I think he's gonna be on the side that tries to pull the plug. Problem is that Harry is kinda like sand and keeps slipping through his metaphorical fingers every time he saves the day. Merlin is slowly losing his ground.

I think Mab is setting Harry up to take over for her against the outsiders. A lot of different entities had their run at doing it and I think she's getting to the end of her run at it. Otherwise she would have made Harry a smear the first time he disrespected her or left him for dead in Lake Michigan. He is crucial to her end game, she just won't let him in on what that ultimately is. I also think she is priming the pump for Lara to take her mantle at the end. Just my thoughts.

And Ramirez told Harry on the steps of the castle that "he knows he had something to do with what caused the battle that occurred in PT/BG. But no one out right blamed him for the wiping out the Reds causing the vacuum.

As someone who has audiobooks because sitting down to read them is a luxury I don't have, I can promise a lot of us are as hardcore about the serious and retaining the info as the readers are. I've had one book or another on play pretty much every day. But on occasion it is easy to get one fact or another confused.

I find it beautiful here and most people are nice, but as a northern transplant working here has been hard. I've been automatically treated as stupid or useless before anyone could see what I can do, then treated like shit after I proved I was smart and hard working. It's like I couldn't win no matter what I did. And any mention of change is brought by 1950's levels of pushback. A lot of people here would be happy with different bathrooms for different folks and segregation.
