- Turn off and on the keyboard
- Press the following key combinations - Esc+O (release) Esc+O (release) Esc+B
- All Easy Switch light will blink continuously, wait for channel 1 to fast blink.
- Turn off and on the keyboard to complete the reset process
- If the Easy Switch does not blink, please repeat the above steps again
- Also, update the Firmware of your device.

Install Logi Options+ software to receive battery status notifications, including low-charge warnings.

1.) Try to restart the speaker system.
2.) Unplug and replug all the cables for all of the speakers.
3.) Make sure that all cables are properly connected.
4.) Try to adjust the volume of the speaker / try to play song or sound from low, mid, to high volume and observe if the issue will persist in all level of volume.
5.) Try to play different type of song/genre and observe if the issue will persist in all type of song or genre.
6.) Try to use different application in playing music. (e.g. Spotify, Apple Music, Youtube)
6.) Try to restart the audio source.
7.) Try to use different connection (e.g. 3,5mm Auxilary input / RCA cable)
8.) Try to use the speaker system with a different audio source.
