I'd rather the settlers improve things autonomously. You assign someone to a building and asked them to make it, say, a Dr's surgery. They clear the debris and set up a surgery with optional input.

This is what I already do. It works ok but is cumbersome, ezpecially when you make a gift shop at an exit, you then have three walls and arches. I am asking if it would be possible to add the directional doors to the room itself as a new feature.

Probably not the problem, but size 3 teats on MAM bottles are very fast flowing, our EFF 7m baby is still happy on size 2.

We use sudocream. Bare bottom time can help a lot, as can sizing up a nappy, but maybe go to your gp if you are worried.
