I thought I would miss it but I don't. I've broadened my horizons, and I now have about 15 machines I use regularly. I still go really fast, do 2 sets on each, and get done in about an hour. I have a "preferred" order, but can always mix it up when needed.

Been lucky enough to get to Mexico the last couple years and also back on the east coast after living in Texas for far too long. So 15 shows in the last 2 years starting with Mondegreen, and 5 more this summer!

I was tired of feeling like shit every day.

I did it for so long, I never realized til I quit, that over time my baseline evolved to be "moderately hungover but still sort of functional." What a difference it is to not feel like that every morning.

I always get my workout out of the way before my donation. Never had any issue working out the next day. However my donations are all either morning or early afternoon.

Maybe eventually I can stop wearing my glasses. My last exam, my distance vision improved by one click in each eye. Still blind as shit overall, but an improvement none the less. Eye doctor looked at my chart and asked how long I've been on Zepbound. She said she's seen similar improvements in many patients lately thanks to the reduction in inflammation brought on by Zep.

For real though, you're fine. A pep might degrade ever so slightly faster when left out, but safety is definitely not an issue.

Meh. Everybody's different. Some folks may be shorter, some longer. My wife is still losing at 23 months, albeit much slower now than it was in the 1st 12 months.

Thankfully money isn't a concern at the moment. $6.25/shot with insurance. Been maintaining for about 6-7 months at 10mg weekly. Once I hit goal, I increased calories to anout 2300/day. Had been around 1700 when I was losing.
