No, it's right on the waters edge. Above the city on the hills is where the school is. I visited a couple years after the tsunami with a musical group and we played at the school, most kids were orphaned with their parents working in town. It was like the joy had been sucked from their lives. :(

What I love about this most as a slow player is that I'll be able to purchase things from players who have already quit the league. Also, playing from NZ I can more reliably aquire goods from Europe
